With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track order issues or refer to a previous order to help provide customer service. When a customer opts-in for our email newsletters we store their name and email address solely to send them our newsletter. This information is never used for any other purpose. Credit Card Information
We do not store credit card information, nor do we ever have any access to credit card information. When an order is placed, customers are redirected to PayPal's website and all details of the payment are handled by PayPal and are never seen by us.
PayPal Information
PayPal requires you to log into their site to complete the payment process. We never have access to your PayPal password since it is entered directly into their site and never seen by our systems. Further we never have access to any information given to PayPal during the transaction including a customer's payment method or bank account information or other credit card details given to PayPal.
Data Breach Notifications
While we continually make every effort to keep our systems secure, if there is ever any type of data breach we will notify all affected customers of the data breach and what type of data was accessed within 72 hours after we learn of the data breach.
